Where is the ceremony?

Our nuptial mass is at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church: 20 Cheshire Place, East Northport, NY 11731 at 1:30pm

What time should I arrive to the church?

The nuptial mass will begin promptly at 1:30pm, so it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the mass. Please note that this full nuptial mass will be about 60 minutes long.

Are Children welcome at the Mass?

Absolutely! You can bring your children with you to this mass. Please note that after our mass is over, the St. Anthony's Feast and Festival will be taking place right next to the church. Feel free to take some time and check it out!

What should I know about attending a Catholic Mass?

We are having a traditional Catholic Mass. All are welcome! Please feel free to participate as you are comfortable.

Where Is the Reception?

461 Lincoln Avenue, Sayville, NY, 11782. This is a private residence and will take place in the backyard.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Our intimate reception will be in a lovely backyard in Sayville. While we will be outside, there will be tents and bathroom trailers available for all guests. Please plan what shoes you will wear due to the reception being outdoors.

Is parking available?

Yes! We are very fortunate that there is parking at both the church and the reception. The church has a parking lot on the 5th avenue side of the building at the Trinity Regional School, and the reception has parking available across the street at Lincoln Avenue Elementary School. Please do not park on the street or on the neighbor's properties.

Are children allowed at the reception?

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. We appreciate your cooperation!

Is there a dress code?

Dress however you feel comfortable. We recommend Garden or cocktail attire, and colorful! Please be mindful of your shoes for the reception, since we will be outdoors and on grass. Heels may not be ideal on the grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges or sandals. Whatever makes you feel the most comfortable!

Will there be cooling fans?

Yes, we will have fans within the tent, and our bathroom trailers are air conditioned. It is the beginning of summer, so please be sure to dress accordingly.

Is it an open or cash bar?

Raise a glass (or two)! We’ll have an open bar.

How Should I RSVP?

By May 1st, please mail back your RSVP card and Song Request card in the included stamped envelope. If you are unable to mail this back, please contact either Emily or Daniel at your earliest convenience!

What will the music be like?

My favorite question! Our nuptial mass will have a vocal quartet, organ and violins. At the cocktail hour, please enjoy some live Irish Trad Music and for dinner and dancing we will have a DJ and MC. Please be sure to send in your song requests with your RSVP card!

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution toward our future together is sincerely appreciated.
